Hi Susankritha, first of all thank you for uploading the picture of our high court.

I guess you have taken this picture when riding a bike or when driving a car and hence we can see a shake in the grills! Moreover the color is too saturated... hurts the eyes to see the picture... may be next time when you take such a bright colored surface, you can increase the shutter speed or decrease the exposure.
